Sabree Brothers is an independent film and theater production company created and owned by two brothers, Mustafa and Hakim Sabree in 2006.
The mission of Sabree Brothers is to produce and develop motion pictures, online movies, web series' and theatrical plays that tell the stories of the triumph of human excellence (spirit) over life’s adversities utilizing every genre of film and online movie and webseries' from drama to action adventure and from science fiction to animation and dramatic plays with African Americans as the primary characters. We plan to work with predominantly newly discovered talent and older experienced talent to create an exciting ensemble in order to give the various audience members a balanced and beneficial perception of how the human person should be viewed. We plan to make films, online web movies and series' and plays that will be attractive to the entire family audience by working to see that all films, online movies and webseries' as well as theatrical plays produced by Sabree Brothers respect the best values found in the origins of traditional family life. While our films, online movies and web seires and plays will deal with the realities of modern life, they will explore them in a way that will be entertaining to all age groups. We believe that our various productions will redefine what constitutes family movies and theatrical plays. Sabree Brothers will not produce or distribute any films webseries' or online movies or showcase any plays that contain language that is profane or vulgar or scenes that contain nudity, sexually explicit images or excessive violence. Sabree Brothers have adopted a system of rules and guidelines that are compatible with or higher than the standards of the MPAA censorship regulations or any code of standards for online movies and series or theatrical plays and will adhere to the highest ethics and values found in the Scriptures. |
